Write to consulate immediately. Ask them to resend the email. Give all your details so it's easy for them to track your appointment.
You need the appointment printout to enter the consulate.
Please print out the appointment letter or save on the hard disk.
You don't have to delete emails especially when they are important ones. There is enough space on the email servers.
I have applied through an agent in portugal. They never gave me the process no. And when i asked for it they told me they have people constantly nagging the crc so if i need details of the case i should hire someone else as they dont share it. So i had to mail the crc by myself to get the details. Now its in reverification cause the names of my moms grandfather n her moms dad were different.
I had mailed them atleast twice the first time before i got a reply. It depends who replies to the mail. As the first person said i have to divert the mail to someone else and another lady replied back saying my case is registered and is in verification. I use the google translator so i think its manageable. But last december when i mailed them they told me that they will give a response to my representative. This year when i mailed no response at all...
I have Appointment for my children's BI on 1st Aug this year the problem is I have by mistake deleted the email from the consulate even from the trash how can I get back the Appointment letter
looks like applications sent thru portuguese consulate and private lawyers(agents) have different process numbers.
Angela, I think the CRC is supposed to reply to the power of attorney and not you, in your case, if you are taking the assistance of a barrister or an agent.
The CRC did reply to me once in a rather vague manner. You have to talk only in Portuguese with them.
Crc has stopped responding
I had mailed crc once and they gave me my process no. Now whenever i email they write saying they will answer my representative.
