Can any one explain the documents to be attested for MEA, for nationality. Eg the adhar card has to be translated and attested For MEA. Besides this adhar card do we have to get other documents for the attestation for MEA. As said that all the documents that will be submitted in orginal if they are in english should be translated. This is what i understand for the documents required in the information given in the link for consular appointment. Can any one clarify the same.

apply again and mention in the description box that you forgot to write document id no. in previous appointment application.
I took appointment for portuguese passport but on the application form i forgot to write the bi number..can i apply again?
