Those are not mischief mongers but vigilantes who are here to give stick and keep thugs like Manuel Ferns at bay and protect the interests of our fellow goans who are seeking greener pastures in the EU and UK.These vigilantes are playing hard ball with that crook Manuel Ferns and have forced him to go into hiding and eventually sanctity will return to the forum.
