Actually first time but i was kept in dark by my agent so i had no clue what was going on but after some mails to CRC they asked for my birth certificate which is a strange request since it's my father's case i guess that's why the agent never informed me due to some fear of losing future commission as the nationality process to whom they wanna give depends on the officer in charge but these agent's they always try to lengthy the process for their own profit.

Goan, you're absolutely right. It's difficult to understand how they are completing cases these days. Is this the second time they have asked you to submit additional documents?

The way pre cases are concluded these day's are strange as i personally know someone who's case was done few month's back submitted on April twenty eighteen while still many seventeen applicants are still waiting. As per my calculation they should be on end of June twenty eighteen, recently i had conversation with CRC staff who asked me to submit additional document's which is strange while my lawyer claiming my file can be sorted out quickly once i submit my papers so let's see in few week's i will be submitting it.

crc wont reply to you immediately. it is used to taking its own time, or maybe they are busy going thru cases of thousands of nationality applicants from many countries. i had emailed them two years ago and when no reply was sent, i resent them the email after a gap of three months. they did reply about the progress of pre-cases, but when finally they took my case and sent for verification to india, they informed me accordingly to let me know that it is the indian authority thats is doing all the delays and not them.

Hi Ray, from what I have gathered on this forum mea has stopped apostle for church documents.

ADE, no I don't know this. This information is normally shared on the forum by KDS or Goan. Just keep checking in for their update.

pre sixty one cases
Hi everyone, I used to post a while ago. I've been following this forum and have seen that pre cases seem to be stuck since July seventeen. Has anyone from this forum who applied after July completed their process?

Salu
Salu, I emailed crc but book reply. When did you email them? How long did it take to reply?

What I don't understand is that crc verifies some births online. I'm not able to understand why the process isn't the same for everyone. I'm talking about all documents clear and in order.
