There are many agent's in Goa but it's better you approach someone who does it directly in Lisbon and not the one's who act like a middle man in Goa! They won't even share the processing number.
In my case my earlier case was stuck and all agent's just basically taking for a ride i approached another one that helped me to sort my pending pre case quickly.

For CC and PP you have to book an appointment yourself with the consulate via their website by filling in correct information and uploading relevant documents.

Three is no need for Bi N pp but to be on safer side depends on person they take only five hundred n also give some advice before attending bi n pp
