Comments on this Consulate-General
Actually she looted me and my friend
Apparently as Pedro posted she was arrested by Portuguese authorities. The article states she helped people fraudulently acquire Portuguese nationality.
Keeping Goan/Indian staff to work in a Portuguese consulate is very risky. In my experience the European Portuguese are much more honest and unlikely to engage in fraudulent activities
wow, that wasn't nice of her. That's a terrible legacy she left behind. Nothing honourable of what she did to admire. I think the Portuguese police did right to interrogate her.
A fraud lady who sold her eternal soul for Money has died. Nothing to be discussed here. She spoiled image of every Goan worldwide. She deserves to rot in hell but God has given a merciful death

She was once arrested by Portuguese consulate for delaying the process
She used to post here before? When was this?
Yes I agree with John, consulates should have people of their origin to work within them.
This Maria never posted on the grounp..that Maria is different..
A Goan passport agent was working within the consulate in Goa itself ? Do the authorities in Portugal know about this ?
A Portuguese consulate should only have European Portuguese people working there.
Indians and Goans regardless of citizenship should not be working in a Portuguese consulate.
Many people have done their passport through her.
She was working in consulate in Panjim.
