What was the additional document requested by CRC?
Hi,
I just received news that CRC has requested another document for my pre sixty one case. My agent told me that i have to submit this and it will take another two years to come up. Is this true? Or is he making this up? Has anyone heard of a second que? After waiting four long years this is so disappointing.

I am not exactly sure of that. I think you need to authenticate using your CC or you can also register your details on the page on the second tab that says Identification, to proceed further.
If you are by any chance using your mobile for this, I suggest to use a computer as the page is not loading on the mobile device.
Perhaps someone else from the group will be able to help with this.

The appointment site seems to be working now. Can you please check and confirm?
