If you want her to join you in UK then she will have to approach the UK VFS in the state she lives, if she wants to travel to Portugal she will have to approach the Portugal Vfs in her state to apply.

These questions need to be asked to your agent/lawyer/CRC, no one here would know your asking the wrong people. Your better off asking the CRC directly I guess they could give you a better reply.

Why portugal consulate goa, has stopped to giving visa from 16/06/2016, that denied the all application from that date. I am also one of them and I am BI card holder

I have been in UK for last 15 years and have never seen this; British people have changed so much since the 24th things are not the same anymore, people look down on you now and makes you feel unwanted, unwelcome comments posted everywhere.
Scotland says it welcomes immigrants but the 40% of the Scottish people who voted out has made it clear they don’t want immigrants.
So what do we do? Just for my family safety I’m thinking of moving to Sweden or Norway.
