Yes, there is a time line of sort for the apostile and stamps. When I was doing it the agent said the stamp is only valid for a year or two before submitng. After that it's invalid.
It's always better, once you get any of your documents issued, get them signed stamped from start to end immediately.
I need some guidance. My Goa BC was issued in November twenty twenty one by the municipality. For some reason I slept over it for eight months. In twenty twenty two I finally got it notarized and authenticated by collector etc. Now I went to get it Apostle stamped and the lady said to me that CRC might not accepted it since it is over seven months since it was authenticated by collector.
Is this true? Appreciate your help.

My problem was solved by them only thanks to the page creator
Will then need to submit two Indian documents of the non Portuguese spouse eg Aadhar/Pan/driving licence/voter ID. I think if the non Portuguese spouse is alive, it will be beneficial to you to make the Indian PP as that is a very important document.
