Well try your best to get it corrected if it's a minor error you can make a declaration if it's a minor error then you will have to get it corrected. Get in touch with some agent they will help you out.

I want to change my grandmothers name on marriage certificate , but my grandparents are no more alive. Sub registrar office say u cannot change name of deceased person . However , there is provision under Hindu ritual act , name of woman is changed after marriage .Has anybody faced similar case , where in they have changed the name of deceased. Please advise .

hello shyna my case is from June 2016 I got process no but till now no news. please let me now if u have any idea about the June 2016 pending cases and when they will be cleared.

Well as far as the lawyers information from the CRC there has been no change on the time frame on going it still remains the same. There is no information regarding any new rule regarding shortening the time frame.
