24 Jul: Times of India. The revenue department has issued directions to both district collectors in their capacity, as district magistrates, to issue nativity certificates to persons-of-Indian origin who do not have any documentary evidence to prove their origin… The applicant needs to produce a declaration explaining why they are unable to obtain birth records. Persons-of-Indian origin who were citizens of India or were eligible to become citizens of India on January 26, 1950, or anytime thereafter as per the Citizenship Act, 1955, are eligible to become overseas citizens of India (OCI)… Sometimes it is difficult to produce documentary evidence including birth certificates of these old records because they no longer have these with them nor is it available with the archives… forms are available at the NRI affairs office. Every post of your's here has no relevance or resemblance of assistance to any fellow Goan.
Your even try to impersonate that Mozambique fraud with a post just now, but you spelt his name wrong and your google translate method is painful to the Portuguese language.
Try to emulate people like VAC who share valuable info here!
You can still be saved from the devil in you. Dev borem korum!
