To MARYFAIR DELEON: Your Polish BF do not need any invitation letter to be able to visit you here. As per my bf( now my husband) experience, the immigration officer will just ask question regarding the purpose of his visit and to were he will be staying in the Philippines (complete address). Also, the immigration asked him some personal questions like how you met, his job etc. As long as he is telling the truth then both of you shouldn't have a prob.

To yalen:
From you:
1. Birth Cert (New / Purpose Marriage)
2. CENOMAR
3. One Valid ID

From your Polish fiance:
1. Passport ID
2. Date of Arrival (Latest ])
3. Legal Capacity
4. CENOMAR

Since we were married in the church, they required my husband's birth , baptism, confirmation certificates and these docs needs to be translated to english by a registered translator in Poland.

Also, my husband needed to be in the Philippines 15 days before the wedding. That is one of our government's requirement as per advice by the wedding coordinator who processed our marriage license.

GoodLuck :)
