Dear sir/madam,
i would like to book an appointment to discuss my son situation who has been born in Poland last June and i can't see him until now as i have been refused entry to Poland twice!
can i issue or sign a document to send to my wife in order to issue my son passport? again my wife can't fly to Cairo without my son as he needs his passport!
