May we have the procedures to get a legal marriage in Egypt And what is paper we have to prepare to registered in Polish Embassy as wife and husband?

keep my passport 15days and i ve got all justification about my stay,i ve join a letter with a legal care,insurrance with ur recommendation,biomtric picture ,reservation ticket plane i mean evrything need it and the embassy ask,i bring and i couldn t have a granted visa with 81euros of fees of visa,+ 15days without anything to do closed inside becoz not any document for go out on this situation war in egypt
i mean the embassy doesn t care absolutly about the visa request and the matter,they could contact me 7days after appointement that i got pick out my passport.. its was easy to my poolish friends to get a visa to visit me 2times in cameroon,i ve just make an letter for them and was ok but when they want to me to visit them,after all the efforts nothing..they relly sorry for it!! what a complication to visit poland...
