hey,all I have tried with Polsih embassy many. I wanted to visit a friend from my dad because he was thinking to employ me in his company before it his family send me invitations , to see country if i like...i got reject 3 times, last time he made for me contract for a work and it was a good chance for me to deveolp myslef also i would really love to help him coz he needs my skills, unfortunatelly i got reject, am so sad about all this situation and i do not know the reason even i represented all my documets right , plz tell me any information.

Would anyone tell me how to cancel an appointment through the polish embassy website as they are asking me for two things (Numer formularza & Otrzymany kod) and i don't have except the Numer formularza and i don't have any idea about Otrzymany kod, so can anyone tell me what is this and from where i should get it? Thanks and waiting for your feedback.
I have applied application to Polish Embassy in Beijing, China and i took appointment time on 7th of November helping my sister. But unfortunately i made a mistake and i had to cancel the appointment to fill the application again. But i can not find "Numer formularza" in the application i have filled. But in the application i have filled there is a number 1690811070002980744 and i put these numbers "Otrzymany kod". It is right, is not it? But is there anybody who can help me finding out about the "Numer Formularza"?

Miss/ salwa u can try In web site of the Embassy and there is the link which u can regester your date for give the application to the Counslate i think found all the information there but if u will need helping

I'm a trainee in Aiesec student organization , an i have an internship in Poland on 10-09-2012 and i have an invitation letter. When i tried to fill in the application i found out that the appointment earliest date of it is on 2012-09-16 , i would like to ask is there any possibility to have an appointment earlier than that . waiting for your response .
