Andito po kame ngayon sa libya serraj!pano po ba ang gagawin namen?kasi po 2moths n po delayed ang sahod mag 3months na po sa oct 19. Iam an Algerian citizen married to a Filipino, I would like to ask whether my husband can proceed the application of visa in philippines for me since we are married.
Or do I need to apply personally, if it is the case would you please advise the right embassy(Adress) with the required dossier and visa fees please.
