Embassy of Philippines in Tripoli

My name is jay and I want to tell you that my friend who works in Tripoli Libya he's name is Richard Chavez,telling me that he wants to go home in the Philippines as soon as possible!because all the pilipino who works with him had no regular job and somebody told them that they can only stay till september 7 2010,and somebody threatening them that if they still stay their,till the date they told them,they will kill them,so please help them and one thing he dont have he's passpot with him,the agency is holding the passpot and the agency said,he can only get his passport back, if he will pay them $2000.00 and the only thing is how he can pay the agency if he dont have any job and no money,he told them that he will pay them installment but the agency said no.Please help richard chavez so he can go home with his family in the philippines,is their any travel documents that he can use if he dont heve he's passport with him?thank you for your tme & have a good day.

I'm May working as caregiver in Jerusalem ,a filipino.Please i beg you to please help the filipino there suffered from hunger ..even there own salary they didnt get it.My own ankle is there name Wilfredo Lozada.i rily pity him,He wants to go back to philippines now he has family waiting out there.he's telling to me he's very hungery out there.Plese magkababayan lnag nman tayo magtulungan tayo makaalis sila dyan and some of there friends working without salary.I beg you,,,please move while its too late.hope you hear me.
