Philippine Consulate (Office in Saipan)
Philippine Consulate must have a permanent office here in Saipan until 2019 because of many CW1 Filipino workers. I wonder why you officiate in Guam considering there are lots of Filipinos here in Saipan who are in dire need of your services like Passport renewal. It is a pre-requisite for every worker here to have a valid passport when submitting there CW1 petition. Besides CW1 in Saipan can not go to Guam due to their status unlike Filipinos in Guam can travel here in Saipan.
