I am Tanzanian. Last year I gought a scholarship of 50% to study diproma for film making at INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY FOR FILM AND TELEVISION (IAFT) in Cebu-Philippine but i didn't atend because of money so that my chance moved up murch 17 2014. How an Embassy can help me?

The father of my unborn baby who is due in Jan.2014 is planning to come see us here in the Philippines from Nairobi, Kenya.

Am a Ugandan who wants to get married in the Philippines, i have a baby and her mum in Philippines but i would like to get married.. when i was there they told me i require i letter of legal capacity from our Embassy but i tried to explain to the lawyer who was handling my marriage issue she told me i must get that legal capacity certificate from our diplomatic representative i told her Uganda has no Embassy in Philippines but as East Africa i can be helped out by the Kenyan Embassy , she told me i go to Manila and get that certificate.. so i was inquiring please can you give me the details of the Kenyan Embassy iun Philippines so that i can get in touch with them and see how they can help me out because i want my family to visit Uganda and they can not come out of Philippines without legal marriage certificate...
