report of marriage
Can someone assist my queries regarding my report of marriage. It was submitted last March 12,2015 through Philippine consulate cape Town and I was follow - up'ing every week in Philippine embassy Pretoria but I was told that they haven't receive my documents yet and I phoned Philippine consulate and the lady that working there said she already sent off to the Philippine embassy last March. Just wondering why its over 2 months now and the Philippine embassy Pretoria said they haven't receive yet. Am I waiting with nothing or what? Because its costing me money to phone the Philippine embassy Pretoria and Philippine consulate cape town every week and they can't even help me if where my documents are? We already paid the fees for the report of marriage but why both parties don't know where are my documents? From March 12,2015 until now no one from the both parties give me a positive answer regarding this matter. It is very annoying and disappointed that the Philippine consulate and Philippine embassy Pretoria couldn't help regarding this matter...

All I wanted was information !!!!!
I have emailed the embassy many times, but it seems if you ask them a question you dont get an answer. My ex husand lives there and have not seen his daughter for 13 years. I want him 2 pay for school clothes and 2 support her in a way, but NO One there comes back 2 me on how I should do it.
He has married another woman and has another child by a different woman. Why can men getaway with everything and s woman when we need HELP cannot get it.

PLEASE anybody at the embassy can you help me!!!
