i have a complicated situation
dear ambassador of phils. Embassy here in russia,

I want to tell to you my whole situation honestly and looking forward of your advices and help.
I arrived here in russia last september 2010 in a business visa.unfortunately, one month of stay here my bwloved mother passedaway that costs me alot of credits for all the needs to put her in peace.after 10 months my beloved father passedaway too.both of them passedaway without my presence.i didnt able to go home coz of financial problem.last september 2011 my visa got expired but before the expiration,i reminded my boss about it.unintengionally,he still forgot it.he said the agency was theone holding it but then he said also that i was not belong to the agency coz i was a direct hiring here.when i ask about my visa,he said that its so sad that the agency reminded him to renew my visa one day before te expiration date and bad timing that they are travelling that moment in esrael for one week.he said the only option to get me visa is to exit from this country.he needed me here as the kids studying and nobody can take care of and i still have credits too when my parents passedaway and he dont want me to go home with nothing.he understand me of being a single mom of two kids ;7 years old and 4 years old both girls who are studying in philippines right now.im just too worried of my situation.i scared to make any move coz my boss might get mad at me and my passport is not in my hand, police might catch me and put me in jailor whatever.i have no choice but to wait what is his plan.he said he will pay the penalties.i dont want him to know that i send email to you coz he might get mad and just throw me away and dont pay the penalties.i have no money at all as i just finish paying my credits and some are spend by my kids in philippines.another thing is that my passport also got expired last march 2012 but we cannot renew it as my visa was not renewed.please help me what should i do and tell me some information regarding overstaying here in russia.if im in moscow i should come to our embassy but i am here in saint petersburg.you can contact me in this number +79112798214.thank you.looking forward of ur response
