My problem is my final exit visa is lost I don’t where I put maybe I throw in the garbage because I don’t know that the final exit visa is very important. We would like to ask from your good office a help regarding undelivered Cargo from Balikbayan Forwarder Pick up from Al-Qunfudah General Hospital since January 2012. A certain name, Mr. Jaime "Jimmy" Garcia (contact # +966508673341) and Nestor Idis and Raul Gonzales (contact # +966563213678) working as an Agent of Balikbayan Forwarder were the persons responsible for sending of our baggages from Jeddah to the Philippines addresses. This day June 26, 2012 our baggages were still unclaimed and not delivered to different consignee. We follow up from Philippines and according to them, these agents did not send the payment of the said cargos. They don't want it to be paid individually even at our own expenses though we were already paid the whole amount. They want it to be paid the whole amount according to the number of boxes available.

Those baggages came from our hard earned money and our family were expecting it to be delivered the soonest time as possible. We are sacrificing to be away from our family to be able to give them their needs but these people doesn't care about our hard works, though how many times we followed up. They just make promises and kept broken. We and our family were the ones suffering.

Good day ! This is address to Mr. Ronnie Caas. My father, Jaime T. De Chavez, died last April 13 there in Jeddah. He is working at Wintek/ Saudi Industries for PVC Co. Ltd. Until now, there is no clear information on how he died there. Why does the police report is not release now and even the medical report ? Why do I have to submit an authorization letter for the release of the police report and the medical report ? The company said that the police report and the medical report will not be release if I don't submit that authorization letter, is that true ?
