Special Power of Attorney

I just want to ask if how much is to be paid to the embassy for the red ribbon to be stamped? At first, the agency, which is only catering to applicants for Middle East and accredited by POEA, told me to pay 3000 pesos for my redribbon documents (1000 pesos each document). I processed my redribbon in DFA then I went to the agency to submit them. Then the staff who told me to pay 3000 pesos before was telling me to pay 6000 pesos. Then I asked why it was doubled. It wasn't the amount we agreed before. then the staff said that the rate was recently changed. It made me doubtful especially when one of their staff told me that it was too high.I really want to know how much.I am applying as a teacher in saudi arabia..thanks..i hope you will help me..

request support from our mother
Our mother Ana Bumacsa left the Philippines June 23, 2013 to Riyadh. Her contract is over yet no support from her arrived to us. She extended for another year. She works at Sarah's Salon and Day Spa. Her employer is Abdullah Zaid Fahad. A police officer At Riyadh. For all those years we've been longing for a support from her but we waited in vain. My sisters and I plead in your good office to please help us regarding this matter. My e-mail is aj1bumacsa@yahoo.com

Thank you very much and more power
