Hi I'm a citizen of nigeria wishing to travel to phillipnes for a visit, I'm writing to get some assistance on how to go about it if there is any other email I can send an email to cos the one provided here could not go through and I wand to knwo if it be wise to travel from lagos to Abuja so as to get a visa applicatom or do I need to download it first then after filling it and return it to the emassy?
