i have a 5000 old peruvian note...can i still exchange it to a new currency???even in peru bank????can anyone give me a tip.its so wasteful if i convert it to peso it will sum up to 70k.....pls give me a feedback asap....thanks

We are making the processing of the visa application here in Peru, but the foreigner residing in the Philippines need to know which embassy can pick up this visa.
