HOW TO GET CERTIFICATE OF CAPACITY TO MARRY
HI SIR/MA'AM! I JUST WANT TO MAKE AN INQUIRY. MY FILIPINA FRIEND WANTS TO MARRY HIS LONG TIME PARTNER WHO IS A PERU NATIONAL AND THEY WANT TO MARRY HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES BUT OUR GOVERNMENT HERE REQUIRES HIM OF CERTIFICATE OF CAPACITY TO MARRY FROM PERU EMBASSY. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS NEEDED AND HOW CAN WE APPLY FOR THE SAID PAPERS. DOES THE PERU NATIONAL NEEDS TO GO PERSONALLY IN YOUR EMBASSY TO APPLY OR HE CAN SEND A REPRESENTATIVE TO APPLY.PLS HELP! I have $10,000 PERU money would like to change back to MYR as my uncle won't be using it anymore. Seems that non banks or money changer would wanna change it.

How do I change Peru notes to Ringgit Malaysia
