I am writing concerning my recent and previous visits to the embassy of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, in which I met with some rather unfortunate circumstances. I applied for new passport and all my document were in order including attached calling & approval letter from Malaysian Immigration office in Putrajaya which can be checked even online, But officer in charged Honourable Mr. Azhar Hashmi denied to issue me new passport and I have been told that my calling & approval letter has No Record in Malaysian Immigration .since my current passport is still valid for few months so I had no choice and I requested my company to use my current passport which is valid for few months but I had paid levy for 12 months. Since my work permit has been issued by Malaysian Immigration using my current passport which is short of two months, I have been pushed to the touts roaming around the Embassy of Pakistan, wasted my time and money to visit embassy and immigration office several times. What was most upsetting, however, was the lack of assistance I received from the Embassy staff and Mr. Azhar Hashmi himself.
I am very disappointed in the Embassy’s lack of availability to its own nationals during such a tumultuous time, I made several attempts, but I could never get anyone to help me and the staffs was rather unfriendly. I can do nothing but express the same disappointment again and again.
To close I would like request that please consider my case and issue me passport without charges since I have been burdened so much by the embassy and staff.

Our pakistan embassy in kuala lumpur like poultry farm all people stand outside of embassy like animal...so a lot of foriegner thinking this is mental hospital ,no have chair for costumer ,plz u are request to our pakistsn embassy,plz arrange 1 waiting room for all costumer... in 1 more thing pskistan embassy officer all is stupied they talk to costumer like gangster bcoz a lot of people coz a lot of peope coming from,johor,malaka,kota tanggi,but this stupied offecer not giving any response they pour people stay st hotel the cheaper is ecpense in 100dollor ,stay in hotel more than week for just waiting whatabout a response, ,so plz our pakistan nation,not boiler chevken,u are people make this stupied embassy like poultry farm.so we are request plz we pakistani nation already in a big trouble we have a families monthly they waiting for money,and he canot waiting for passport with a 10days in kuala lumpur and my last word pakistan,mordabad.stupied country... in the top of the world.
