where are you search in visa form.? need to detail of visa applicant form

Phone line always cut after one ring, Can't inquiry about Visa application.
Phone line always cut after one ring within (9:00 to 12:00AM), unable to inquiry about Visa application.
After 12:00 AM, a lady pick up phone but she said inquiry time is over and call again within (9:00 to 12:00 AM).. .......Only one phone line is not working for embassy??????????

Pakistan is a great nation. i love Pakistan but at this time when the Muslims of Burma are in a very critical condition, life becomes difficult on them. it is our ethical and brotherhood responsibility to help them but the embassy is not doing any thing remarkable! very disappointing, for God-sake do something, if you are unable then resign your job,
