Salam, I am in malaysia and my NIC is has been expired, now I want to make NICOP, would you please tell me the documents required. And also change of marital status from single to married. Marriage certificate is required or not...? If yes, will tjey accept scan copy...? Please reply ASAP.

Dear sir i m pakistani citizen i give my permit for renewal but not renewe.when i find my pasport the out pass closed. Now i want go to pakistan.But i do not know that what i do to go pakistan.So kindly help me.
