My passport has expired in April-2015 and my work permit also expired in March-2015. Actually my agent cheated me and run away with my passport but with very difficulty and using lot of contacts in Malaysia and Pakistan as well I got my passport back but it has already expired. Now I do not know how to apply for its renewal as people told me it can not be renewed with out work permit.......... now my position is completely illegal and if I go for out pass in immigration they will also ask about my passport. Any how I am working in a company if company give me a letter that I am their employee can it be helpful ???? Please advise...other wise if there is anybody who have some contacts in embassy or can do it I will pay him.....Waiting for reply.....

Azhar hashmi is fraud ,he ran from Kuwait on my uncle shamsuddin's passport and he is black listed in Kuwait. He took money from my uncle and told him that he will get visa for Canada because he knows embassador of Pakistan Mr..Gauri in 1996 and he ran from Kuwait by changing picture on my uncles passport with his money because he was wanted. And he is now CWA in Pakistani embassy in Malaysia. He is wanted in many places even in Saudia. How Pakistani Government sent him there.

This is very ture we are suffering every day with road block and getting summan from Police/JPJ. this is huble request to authorities to look in to this on urgent basis
To High Commission of Pakistan,
This is Humble request to Pakistan High commission that they should negotiate to JPJ Malaysian Government that they should convert our country licence in to Malaysian licence, as my work mate who are from Nigeria, Iran, Iraq and many more countries their licence can be converted on the spot however we as Pakistani can't unless we need to join driving school and need to go through with the process.
The truth was that I asked the officer at JPJ why my workmate who have the same visa from ( MSC/MDEC) status company can get driving licence but why can't we (Pakistani) he answered that your embassy people should take initiate to talk with Malaysian Govt.
Once again this is humble request to High Commission of Pakistan to look in to this and do good deeds for your country's people who are indeed for your assistance.
This is Humble request to Pakistan High commission that they should negotiate to JPJ Malaysian Government that they should convert our country licence into Malaysian licence, as my work mate who are from different countries their licence can be converted on the spot however we as Pakistani can't unless we need to join driving school and need to go through with the process.
When we talk to JPJ officers that why we have to go through all of these things as we see others can get their licence on the spot. In reply what we have to listen is that our Embassy never took any initiative to talk to the JPJ or Malaysian authorities.
Once again this is humble request to High Commission of Pakistan that kindly take action on this. Its a really big issue people who are from Pakistan and driving in Malaysia.
Hi Conern,
I would like to share my experience as well.
I requested for the conversion of my driving license to JPJ/Putra Jaya but it got rejected stating that Pakistan falls under category B as per Malaysian Law, which makes me ineligible for getting the driving License converted whereas I can see a lot of countries are enlisted in category A.
I will request the relevant authorities to please look into this issue and come up with a resolution for ease of Pakistanis living in Malaysia.
thanks
Atta
