Rude and incompetent staff
Was absolutely horrified to see the way staff behaves in this consulate. Firstly, they have no manners what so ever at all. They act like as if they are on some high mighty position and people who go there for important purposes are treated like utter crap. This old man, who should have had some respect for himself at such tender age, but rather spoke to me in a very disgraceful and unprofessional manner and was shocked to say the least to see my brother come in the room. The government needs to assess these consulate and choose the people wisely to save their reputation. For the staff working in these consulates, I will say please learn to be polite, professional and do your job competently. For people going there, please take a male with you otherwise you will not be taken seriously and in-fact may also end up being exploited!

Respect UK law
A News report said Pakistan High Commission Birmingham Consulate had employed full-time an illegal immigrant, Ijaz Hussain Jatoi in violation of the UK immigration laws for the last 8 months. To confirm the report yesterday I visited the Birmingham Consulate and learned that Ijaz Hussain Jatoi(a Sindhi) an overseas student with expired visa still working illegally since his appointment as a Consular Assistant in the Birmingham Consulate with the support of a Sindhi Consulate General Faisal Abro. This is not understandable why Pakistanis have no respect for laws.

Gerry Service. Good Job
People were happy visa services were channelised through Gerry. They were no more made to place 20 pounds in passport for visa. But the visa in-charge has introduced a new way.Now people have to write tracking number on 20 pound note for passing on to the Husband of the visa Clerk. Shame on Pakistani Babus.

Pay As You Go Clerks
There is need for deletion of the enquiry telephone number from website. I don't think any in-coming enquiry call is attended.

Bubba's gonna get ya!
The people who work at Bismillah building are the most incompetent idiotic bureacratic useless lying harami pehn chaud I have ever met. I pray to Allah that the fleas of a 1000 camels infest the crotch of every one of them and that all their arms are too short to scratch them. I hope they all get sent to a Supermax prison and spend the rest of their lives bending over to pick up the soap in the prison shower room before going back to the cells they share with a big black dude named Bubba who wants to make them his wife.

Abandon hope all ye who enter her. What an ignominy. This place should be closed down for gross misconduct. They are not offering a service to anyone. If anything, after spending 4 hours on their staircase i seemed to have lost the will to live! They have invalids and pensioners standing, and people are kept waiting for hours on end. There is no real queing system in place,no seating area,no bathroom facilities. This may be acceptable in Pakistan, but it certainly should not be tolerated in this country. What an abomination! The administration seem to be suffering from delusions of grandeur and are no help whatsoever to anyone who has the misfortune of entering that building. Is it any wonder that Pakistan is in the state that it is, if this is any indication of the bureaucracy that exists. Complete disgrace.

No manners no integrity
The staff in birmingham nadra office and passport appear to have left their manners in Pakistan. They give inaccurate information and fee information. Application is then rejected by nadra. As for complaining formally has anyone managed to speak to the consular himself does he exist????? But they won't hesitate in asking for a new application and new fees!!!
