If you understand abusive programmings and tape controll could just launch the rocket?? Does North Korea understand what decision programmings are how abusive the US Government is? Does the worker of the North Korean Embassy understand what tape controll is! Does North Korea has the right seeing that the US creates so many abusive wars in this world?? What would it be like to send a little rocket to the US in order to make the US understand the little country such as South Korea or Syria or Iran would like to have the Human Right to exist without their ruling. Perhaps you could sent this info the Presidents Office. It is quite seeable that the standing bodies meeting with Obama and Clinton have been abused which means they stand there as if not allowed to physically move. So could you launch the rocket and ignore the threats of US and other states.
