Your Excellency, A visa applicationForms forms part of the daily activities of any foreign mission. I find it very worrisome for someone serving at the High Commission' s Reception not to have any knowledge about the exact website for the Nigerian Visa Application forms online.
Having been a diplomat myself, a receptionist is for me the first point of contact and sort of serve as a mirror to that mission. To someone without little knowledge of what this website is , is quite worrisome if not disturbing.
