Summary of Conditions of Service for Staff Members of Green Finger Construction Consortium.
The following information is in summarized form intended for Green Finger Company General Guidance only. The complete text governing the conditions of service in force for permanent members of staff is given in the Staff Manual, which contains in
Particular the Staff Regulations, Rules and Instructions.
Appointments
Appointments to the staff are made by a Contract letter. Appointments are for a fixed term, initially three years. During the six months' probationary period, notice of one month may be given, and thereafter four months' notice.
Emoluments
The basic salary is specified in the offer letter and is payable in ($ U.S DOLLARS), as are all other allowances (family allowances, expatriation and installation). Emoluments (basic salary and allowances) are payable in arrears, with the exception of the installation allowance which is payable on taking up duty.
Monthly Basic Salaries:
A-grades
9,708.51 - 11.205.25 ($ U.S DOLLARS) for Engineers/Managerial staff and other staff of grade A1/A2/A3/A4.
B-1-grades
8,898.44 - 10.675.45 ($ U.S DOLLARS) for supervisors /senior executives translators and interpreters T1/T2/T3/T4/T5
C-Grade: 4,705.00 7,895.22 unskilled positions
Family Allowances:
Family allowances comprise a head of household allowance paid under certain conditions, an allowance for each dependent person other than the spouse, as recognized by the Green Finger Construction Company.
