Missing passport and illovo consulate
I had approached the consulate about my lost passport, was told to submit documents that will be forwarded to Abuja to grant permission for them to issue another one.

Those in the UK, US and most of Europe do not need to go to Abuja, are Nigerians in SA second class Citizens that should be treated in this manner?

Repatriation Fee
Please there is message flying about here South Africa that the South Africa embassy in Nigeria has ordered Nigerians to collect their repatriation fees on and before 28th February 2015. please your clarity is needed on this issue. Thank you.
