The embassy of Nigeria in Pretoria is a pathetic case. The staff never pick up the phone when you call to enquire on any matter. Moreover they are so uneducated they always give wrong information. Called to make enquire and the lady with a very bad attitude dropped the Phone on me when I asked whether they do fingerprint for Police Clearance. She is not even a Nigerian but a South African. What if I am not a Nigerian?

You guys should stop complaining. Nigerians always want everything to be done for them quickly without patience. Why can't come home to renew ur passports?
My broad 's passport expired last yr in London. Nd it took them 3 months to give him a new one for $800.
U are not in ur country so deal with it.

Poor Service
The embassy of Nigeria in Johannesburg is a pathetic case. The staff never pick up the phone when you call to enquire on any matter. Moreover they are so uneducated they always give wrong information. Nigeria is just a terrible country that can't get anything right. How hard is it to train this people who are just appalling at their jobs! Which diaspora in their right thinking minds would want to go back to Nigeria, when the first port of call to home is in complete shambles and in total disarray!

Embassy of Shame (High commission of imbeciles)
It's only in the history Nigerian Embassy that I have heard that passports cannot be issued because they ran out of laminating foil. We said Nigeria is bad, what sort of non-entities are these fools working at such prestigious office, that cannot understand the importance of the materials needed to make passport. Over 4 weeks now, yet they could not get an order from Nigeria. Why are these old fools so shameless. Why is our own people treating us like strangers. If our own people can't make us happy and serve us politely, what should we expect from home affairs. Its a shame that despite being in a country with proper system, staff of Nigerian Embassy are still as daft and shallow brained as their black skin, what a shame!

Passport Laminating Paper finished( So No Passport collections)
My passport has expired since December and i still do not have my new passport yet because the Embassy has run out of simple laminating paper. What kind of service delivery is this? When it over a month and the embassy still have not obtain the laminating paper till to date. Even Home Affairs that is so slow in processing document seems to be doing better than our very own Nigeria Embassy in terms of services delivery. Who is this person that is in charge of ordering supplies that does not know the difference between supply and demand on their station.God punish that person for depriving others humans to fulfill their obligation due to expired passport, and still waiting for Nigeria Embassy to stop playing with people`s lives. If Our very own Embassy is treating us like foreigners, where are we suppose to be treated fairly?

Please do not be duped, whatever queries you have address them to cgjhb@nigeria.co.za or rather visit the Embassy, they are lot of people out there looking for an opportunity to dupe desperate and troubled people.
