am a student at Eastern Mediterranean University, Famagusta T.R. TURKISH VISA APPLICATION DIFFICULTIES EXPERIENCED BY DEBATE TEAM NIGERIA
The President's Schools Debate Nigeria(PSDN),is a body authorised by the Presidency to organise debates amongst both Primary and Secondary Schools in Nigeria with the Federal Ministry of Education.
The President's Schools Debate Nigeria (PSDN) is scheduled to participate in this year's edition of the World Schools Debate Championships in Antalya,Turkey from the 27th January to 6th February 2013.
At the World Council meeting of the WSDC holding in Antalya,Nigeria is also expected to present a bid to host a future edition of the tournament.Nigeria had participated in the following editions of the tournament in Qatar(2010),Scotland(2011),South Africa(2012).
However,members of the PSDN are encountering difficulties in obtaining entry visas for the above purpose,as the Turkish Embassy in Nigeria has referred our visa application to their National Authorities.
We have had bo further information from the Turkish Embassy in Abuja,since they informed us of the step they had taken,and departure date to Turkey is very close.
It is in view of this that we hereby request an urgent intervention by you, on our behalf to enable us participate in the tournament which has taken a whole year for us to prepare for,and for us not to forfeit our non-refundable registration deposit of about 6000 Euros to the Local organising committee in Turkey.
The list of the members of the delegation will be forwarded verbatim in the electronic template provided by the Debate LOC in Turkey.

Applications for New passports where filed in since October 2011, with a waiting period of 1 month, This is January 2013 and we are still pleading for the Nigerian Consular to return our passports. We all run different schedules and i should assume your office treats cases with its highest priority.,
Kindly release our passports, this isn't a favor we are requesting, its a service we rightly deserve.

How can i renew my passport from georgia, it xpires 2months from today?
Pls, am a Nigerian currently in Georgia. My problem now is that my passport will expire two months from to day & authomatically i can not apply with now for visa. Pls, i want to know how i will do about it. must i go to Nigeria to renew it?
