I am a female named" Huda" and I am a lecturer in Baghdad University "holding a Ph.D degree in laser engineering", I need to have a Surgery to remove the Parotid Gland, I had e-mailed the University Medical Center Groningen asking there help, and about the cost of such surgery, would you mind answering my questions:
1. How can I get a VISA to Netherland for medical requirements?
2. What are the required documonts that I must supply?
3. How long it will take to get the VISA for me and for a companion "a member of my family"?
