I have a scholarship from Ministry of Higher Education of KRG in Iraq for studing PhD abroad, and also I have offer from Leiden University, and our sponsor pay for English courses $10,000, for five or six months, with additional money for accommodation, health insurance and travel fees....the detail in the sponser letter.
I want to join English courses at Leiden or any University, or at any good Language Centers in Netherlands if they offered a place for English courses from April to the end of September, can I get Visa from Netherland's Embassy in Baghdad with my wife?.

I hope that you are doing well. In fact I need to present my documents and application form to participate in one of the training courses (under MENA SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME COURSE) offered by NUFFIC, via your embassy.
