Can I apply for the new Passport directly from Nepal Embassy in New Delhi?
Hi Team,

I am from Nepal and i have been staying in india since 2009 (completed my graduation from chennai in the year 2013).

I am now working at gurgaon with MNC company
but i have been facing with various challenges due to not having any address proof
(like Aadhar card, voter ID, ration card Indians do have). I do have PAN card and my
Citizenship however citizenship from Nepal is not applicable all across in India.

I hardly get a chance to Visit Nepal and though I do, that's for very short duration. So my query is, can I apply for a new Passport
directly from Nepal Embassy in New Delhi. If so, what is the procedure ?
Do I need to get an approval/go ahead letter (शिफारिश) from the district I belong to?

Please help me with my above query as I am writing this for quite a time. I'll keep looking to your positive response.

Thanks!
