Sir I want to visit nepal with my two wheeler west bengal registration. How can I get permission sir and what is the procedure.
I am student form Nepal studying in Kolkata. My friend too is Nepalese citizen. In order to get admission in West Bengal State University Barasat some certificate like Bonafide Certificate is being asked for. So, can he get this Bonafide Certificate from Kolkata.
