I was born in Windhoek in 1959. I live in south Africa. Can I apply for a Namibian passport?
on 15/03/2016 i was invited to a farm in Namibia.
on 19/03/2016 i arrived at the Noordoewer border post.the custom officer took my passport and said to me that he suspect me of working in Namibia. He inspect my vehicle and then call on officer B.M. Shampapi to do a thorough inspection on my vehicle. at my vehicle while he went threw my clothes and in front of Dawid who was traveling with me, he said to me that he can help me get through to NAMIBIA if i paid him R1000.00. i refused and then he was cross with me. he said that according to him we are going to work there and that i am a lair. He took our passports and made us sign a paper. we drove 1000km to the border and he just send us back home. he refused to listen to reason and just said you white people always come here and think that Namibia still belongs to you go back to ZUMA.
I turned around and went back home. i can not accept that i was treated that way and i insist that the Namibian government will investigate this matter. i am going to sent my complain to the minister of home affairs and to the President of Namibia. I am sending copies of this letter to the South African Government as well.
