What a useless bunch of idiots working at the Namibian Embassy in PTA!!! Their mailbox is also full so they don't even receive the mails we send to them.
How do I know what is needed for the renewal of my passport?
Could this website not be designed in a more userfriendly way so that Namibians and other applicants can actually use it.
Besides the fone opperators answering at the Embassy being unclear and not professional, and the e mail address not in use, is there any other way I can find out what I need, to renew my passport.
What a disaster! Anyone, HELP!
Have tried to e-mail the listed address for e-mail as shown on your contact information for the Embassy - secretary@namibia.org.za and it came back as " no such address".
Not very useful, is it? How else do I make enquiries besides lengthy phone calls?
It is highly painful not getting any feed back of getting through to you phones or emails. sent a good number already but unfortunately no respond.
Each time some one picks up the phone and re-directs it to visa section it is rather hang up just after hearing the word visa or simply says just hang on and the puts the phone off hook.
Now I applied for a visa since December 2010, never head anything, send a dozen emails, recalled my passport, resent again in Feb 2011, I am asked to resend a bank statement and get proof of payment stamp, but I don't have my passport how can i access the bank fr all of the above, tried hard to communicate with the visa section or the embassy themselves but keep failing what do i have to do?
Please if some one is reading this email kindly
help.
