idiots you helped ?
You saw what they did to your football players during the recent match? Only an absolute idiot from an idiotic nation could possible come up with an idea to do such a thing to anyone, let alone a citizen of the biggest country in the wold, the country that helped this low life nation many times in the past. In fact due to support and help by czarist Russia, Monte Negro was the only country not overrun by Ottoman Turks in 15th century. This is the thanks they gave you? What can you expect from people who betrayed their own brothers the Serbs, when they had the hardest time fighting the illegal and barbaric attacks by NATO 16 years ago.
If you are thinking about vacationing on their pretty coast, don't. It is not pretty enough for you to spend even one ruble.
They have always claimed they were the heroes and worriers. What a joke, all they have a big mouth and are lazy as slimy lizards laying in the sun. That is what they are, lizards, snakes and other crawling slimy things.
Stay away from them, anyone who knows them does.

Please advise the procedure of obtaining tourist visas for citizens of CIS countries (Azerbaijan). Is your Embassy authorized to issue such visas if the documents are mailed by post?
