i would like apply wisa to resort acapulco for 1 week. in uzbekistan we do not have mexican embassy , what is requarements for visa , i have good paid job, i have wife and 3 children , they will stays in uzbekistan, i wanted ipply for visa on line please can you describe for me what i have to send to you for visa

I am a citizen of Uzbekistan and would like to get a Mexican tourst visa.The thing is we don't have a Mexican embassy here in Uzbekistan and travelling to Moscow is such a hassle nowadays.So,can I just pay the visa fees online and send my papers including my passport out to the Mexican embassy and have my visa stamped?Is it possible to do?I would highly appreciate your answer and advice in this thing.
