I had deposited collage fee for student visa on mauritius, Now How i refund collage if i had cancelled to be at mauritius
dear sir/mem,
Firstly i had planned to go mauritius for abroad study and i had deposited all collage fee according to offer letter but when i deposited all fee then collage didn't release my visa as passport & immigration stopped my visa according to collage information. So, i had request for refund of collage fee what i got according rules and collage also inform me that it takes 4 months for refund process so i had waited for given time but after 1 month again collage send my visa to be there for further study. But after firstly i got information from collage so i had processed for another country and now i had visa for another country. And i informed at collage of mauritius that cancelled my visa of mauritius and refund my collage fee what i get according to collage rules. And collage answered me that by the end of december 2013 collage will refund my deposited fee what i got as per collage rules. So i had waited for given time by collage. Now its 2014 feburary but also collage didn't refund my fee and did not answer my mail and cal also. so what should i do now. As i had done all processed directly to collage from mail and contact.
Please show me the way for refunding my collage fee.

Can you please update me about on arrival visa to Mauritius. i learnt that hotel booking reservation ,and ticket must be shown at the immigration counter. To complete the formality is there more procedure to be followed ,any other document.my friend want to travel on tourist base.
