I don't know first of all if any body responsible read those msgs to solve the problems or not. but i want to complain again i sent complain last thursday and today is sunday we were front of the consulate door at 8:30 AM we found too many peoples waiting outside then sudenly one of those people said you have to register your name on the list , we asked where is this list .. it was with taxi driver parking his car front of the consulate any way . they open the door at 9:10 AM and two from the eployees i think their names yousif and alaa no body will beleive the way they talk with the people One of them was shouting then he catch the list and said we will take 15 only today then suddenly shouted every body cue cue then shut the door so every body were quite then he opened the door and started to call the names from the list any way he took 11 ONLY and said we willnot take any more ???? it was 9:30 AM there were people coming from Bengazi and others from far away like us . Can't they orginize this better than this way and treat people as human been i beleive they have cameras outside why no body responsible watch and listen one day to the way they treating the people .
please can any one take the msgs seriousley they can arrange it by appointments or sivilized way we are in 2010 .
Many thanks for every body working there

Unfair comments
regarding the some of the above mentioned comments. i called the embassy last Friday a man whom was very polite gave me all the information that i needed to send an invitation letter to the consulate even through it was Friday. Try and get help in our country on a Sunday? you would not be so lucky.

I have visited the Maltese Consulate in Tripoli on many occasions. All the staff have always been friendly and professional in attitude. I always received the correct information required to obtain visas. The only time I didn't receive prompt service was when I did not have the correct paperwork. So my advices to all the people with negative comments are;
Make sure you go to the Maltese Consulate with ALL the required documents, photos, payment, ect. (The staff will inform you of all that is required in advance), submit your application, and they will contact you after a few days once it's been approved. Do NOT expect to go there and have a visa issued in 5 minutes, no other Consulate does this either. If you don't believe this, try to get a visa to visit Libya from the UK!! Thank you.
