I am writting you to request some information, please.
First, I will explain my situation to clarify things:
My name is Adli Neffati. I am from Tunisia. Last two years I have worked in Qatar. Nowadays, I have proposition for a work in Malta (1year contract). The employer is ready to provide me with all needed papers. Unfortunately, here in Qatar there is no embassy of Malta. The near embassy is in UAE or Saudi Arabia, and as you know, relationships between these countries are very tied. That is why I can not go here to apply for a working visa. I have called to the Embassy of Malta in Tunisia but they told me that I can not apply in my country because I am a resident of another country for two last years. And they have gave me this your address to explain my situation.
Could you please provide me with information what should I do for getting working permit in Malta?
