Dear Sir and Admin,
I'm Jordanian passport holder and PhD student (part time) in UKM University since 3 years.
After 2 months I want to cancel my resident in Qatar and I will stay in Malaysia for one year.
I have 3 questions:
1- How can I apply student visa from Malaysian Embassy? And what documents do you need?
2- Can I use international driving license to drive my own car in Malaysia? And what are the documents I need to convert Qatari license to Malaysian one?
3- How can I open a bank account in Malaysia before leaving Qatar in CIMB?

I have two friends who have converted their driving license to Doha's driving license, but I also have friends that cannot convert theirs.
