I am Permanent Resident of South Africa and I have Travel Document (black one) can I go to Malawi without going to the Consulate to ask for visa? How much should cost me to get it from the border?

I am trying to get Police Clearance for my employee. He currently has got Asylum Seeker Temporary Permit in South Africa. He is married to a South African & has lived in SA for 5 years. He is applying for Residency status in SA and they require police clearance from Malawi. He would like to apply for Malawian Police Clearance from South Africa as he is not able to travel to Malawi.
Can you please let us know how to go about doing this.

Would you please assist me with a document that will act as temporaly licence. My driving licence No. 183367/5/1 expired on 15/06/2012 and renewed it a week later. I got the temporaly for three month but that too has expired. I am working in Capetown and I am stranded now. My boss is aware of the stuation however he need a document to support this. Looking forward to you.
I am a Malawian passport holder and have not stayed permanently in Malawi. I was born and grew up in Zimababwe. I am now applying for a SA work permit. The immigration agent said i must obtain a Malawi Police clearance. I hvae a Zimbabwean and SA Police clearances. How do i obtain a Malawi Polive clearance, do I need to travel to Malawi?
