Marriege proplem
I have a son with a South African man, and he want to merry me. But home affairs want me to go home and ask for a letter stating that I was not married back home. So our son don't have a birth certificate. What must I do as my man really want my to his wife.

struckling to find an ID
I'm married in south africa in 2000 me and my husband went to soweto home affairs and get married and I received my marriege certificate in 2003 I applied for a permanent resident it didn't came out they said I married in a wrong time when south african woman married with foreigners for money so my papers are lost so I have to go home to apply for another clearence.plz help us.so I went home to apply for another one I keep calling home asking dem to go and check it its only on february this year when they said its there now I have to go home and collect it not knowing if things will be ok this time.

I would like to hve a SA Id
my sister and i ahve been leaving in Sa for more than Ten years now, we went to school here and everything else.Our mother has a SA Id but we are struggling to get. its been more than 8 years now trying to apply.we went to our previous schools to show that we have been going to school here from primary en high school but that does not help much en we have our papers from lesotho. what else can one do in this situation? please help

my permit expired
I'm married here in south africa in 2000 since from there I have been doing ups and down in home affairs.my permit is already expired so I went to our office in johannesburg on the 10 march 2014 the lady who supposed to help me told me to go to the police station to make an avidaffit.the officer who was helping me said I'm going to arrest you how can you come here with an expired passport if your people can not help you and I also can not help you.it was true how can I go to the police station with an expired passport?plz you are here to help us nt to play us.I'm still asking for help my number is 0727851999.with cencirely nthabiseng
